Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, I emigrated to Germany at 18 to pursue a higher education in physics. After completing the Ausländerstudienkolleg at the HTWG in Konstanz, I was awarded a BSc and MSc by the University of Tübingen. There, I completed my PhD in the group of Prof. B. Jäger.
The topic of my dissertation was the calculation of QCD corrections at NLO to vector-boson scattering with three jets at the LHC, matched to a Parton Shower.
Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Prof. A. Denner at the University of Würzburg. I am an author of MoCaNLO, a parton-level Monte Carlo integrator for high-multiplicity high-energy processes at NLO.
